Place in freezer in a protective bag for 30-60 minutes. Heat Therapy : Relieve of muscle strain, tension and stiffness. Heat the inner case (Herbal in cotton) on medium setting for 30 second depending on your oven or microwave. Lie down ; place the herbal eye pack gently over eyes for 15-20 minutes Caution : It is for external use only, use it as directed do not get the pack be overheated or it will burned and damage.
