Choui Fong Tea
Jin xuan oolong, otherwise known as "Oolong no. 12", is a well-balanced and flavorful semi-fermented tea. This traditional tea leaves the palate with a hint of astringency. A perfect tea best enjoyed after a meal.
Choui Fong Tea grows several distinctive types of tea such as Assum, Green, Oolong and Black Tea in the highlands at an altitude of around 1,200 meters above sea level and in a plantation area of over 1,000 rai. The ideal climate and soil conditions in Chiang Rai permit the cultivation of excellent teas. Not only are the teas grown under optimal conditions produced by mother nature, the harvesting and processing of the tea leaves are performed using proven and world class best practiced methods.
Brewing Instructions
1. Add 1 tbsp of tea leaves into a tea pot.
2. Add boiling water and immediately discard to rinse the tea.
3. Add 300 ml of boiling water.
4. Steep for 2 minutes
*Can be steeped again 3-5 times.
