Product Description

This is an indegenous rice variety from Surin province. Harvested before it's fully ripe (about 30 days after flowering), the rice contains extra vitamins and protein than a mature harvest. Its thin shell gives this brown rice a softer texture than other brown rice, and the gentle aroma makes them more palatable.
