Depending on your location, delivery is typically completed within 1 - 3 weeks from shipment. Due to varying customs procedures, we cannot control the exact delivery time for your package to arrive. We are happy to combine purchases for consolidated shipping rates.


After products shipped, you will receive an email for a tracking number and shipping status from DHL. To track you delivery, go to www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html for international shipments or track.thailandpost.co.th for domestic locations.

  • 2 POLICY OVERVIEW

    You must return an item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in the same condition as it was received, not used, or altered in any way. This is includes all original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, UPC's, certificates, manuals, warranty, rebate cards, "free gifts", bonus items, and all items included in a bundle.

  • 3 WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

    Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive item and process your return.

  • 4 ITEMS THAT CAN'T BE RETURNED

    Before you return your item, make sure that your item can be returned. Per our return policy, items that can't be return include snacks, beverages, dry food, health and personal care products, and beauty products including cosmetics.

  • 5 DO WE OFFER REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES?

    Yes, if you received a damaged or defective item, we'll ship you a replacement of the same item. You also can exchange the item that you purchased for a different size or color.

  • 6 PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE FOR RETURN

    Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return form or Return Center or email us at guest.services@jatujakmall.com

    If you don't have the original packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label the package.

  • 7 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    You can cancel your order within 24 hours but will be charged 10% of the price of the item you purchased. You will receive a refund within 5 days of your cancellation request.
